2013 Christmas Card Workshop

Finally!   I'm soooooo excited to finally have my 2013 Christmas Cards designed.  Seemed like a long process for me this year ... waiting for materials to arrive, making up my mind, making sample, throwing away samples, making new samples, tweeking samples..... whew!   I found my groove this week and was able to get them finished and ready for our Annual Christmas Card Workshop (see times etc below):

Workshop Details:

Come create 15 Christmas Cards for $15 with us.   The workshop will be held at 2 different times to hopefully accommodate all the busy schedules.

At this workshop, we will create 5 styles of cards, 3 of each style.  The cutting will be done ahead of time, so all you need to do is come stamp, embellish and assemble.

Workshop #1 will be held on Sat Nov 23rd at 6pmWorkshop #2 will be held on Fri Dec 6th at 7pm

Seating at each workshop is limited, so please be sure to RSVP to me via Facebook, email (toniacreates@gmail.com) or by phone/text to 419-270-1066

Like the stamp sets used here?  Let me know if you'd like to pre-order any supplies so you can create more cards at home.

What is MY Favorite Close To My Heart Product????

....Now I have to tell you, that's a fully loaded question.  Over the week I have been asked that very question multiple times.  It's hard to narrow it to ONE product, however I do have to say THE thing that got me hooked on Close To My Heart (and still has a full grasp on me)....is the PAPER KITS.

What first attracted me was how cute the patterned paper jumped off the page in the catalog at me.  I remember first seeing Bella, then Moon Doggie & ...well, let's just say I had to add shelving to my scrap space.  I've even "planned" photo events around the paper I have....LOL, yes, really.  It could be considered sad, however it's what I enjoy.  It makes my family laugh too.

Now, more than any reason, I LOVE the My Reflections Paper Kits because they save me so much time.  When I sit down to work on a project or go to a crop, I just take out the Kit & wahlaa...everything coordinates.

I'm excited to see what Close To My Heart will be rolling out after the first of the year.  In the meantime, visit my website to see which My Reflection Paper Kits are still available (until Dec 31st or while supplies last).  http://tonia.myctmh.com/

Monthly Hostess Club

My monthly Hostess Club is a great way to build the supplies you need for your scrapbooking, card making or paper crafting while learning new tips and techniques via a project I create then teach to you. My favorite part is the friendships we build during "club"!

Here's how it works for Club Members:
  • Each month for 6 months, you select $25 worth of product from the catalog to purchase.
  • During the 6 months, you are that month's hostess and get the free product from the club sales that month. The minimum free product is $25!!
  • You go home with the Stamp of the Month on your Hostess Month
  • Each month you will complete a different project from supplies I provide for you.
  • Bring friends - if they make purchases it counts towards that months rewards
  • Be the first to get the new Catalogs
  • Goodies & giveaways happen randomly too!

It's that simple!

Can't commit to monthly participation? Join us for a supply fee of $10, but if you place a $25 order your supplies for the project that month are free!

Join us for some of the fun! Look through my blog and facebook page to see some of the past projects we have completed. They range from scrapbook layouts to cards and gift items.

Photos from last week's card class. Thank you to those that came for a girls night out. We had a great time!!!

The raindrops are highlighted with Liquid Glass and Prisma Glitter.

We used the corner rounder to make the scalloped edge.

The petals are stamped and given a little extra "lift" for dimension.

We used the masking technique for stamping the Easter Eggs into the grass.

The White Paper Flowers are great! You can add whatever coordinating ink color to make them match your project. Love them!!
